Coaching is a collaborative process where a trained professional, known as a coach, helps individuals achieve their personal or professional goals. Coaches provide guidance, support, and accountability to help their clients identify their strengths, overcome challenges, and develop new skills.
All of our coaching sessions take place with a Registered Psychologist who has additional coaching qualifications.
Types of coaching
We use an integrative model that includes elements from positive psychology coaching (PPC), cognitive behavioural coaching (CBC) and solution-focused coaching. If you have a specific way you would like to work with your coach, please contact us for an initial conversation.
Positive Psychology Coaching
PPC focuses on your strengths to look at how you can achieve your goals and improve your wellbeing.
Cognitive Behavioural Coaching
CBC helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours interact so that you can work more effectively.
Solution-Focused Coaching
SFC focuses on what is already going well for you that can be utilised to reach your desired outcome.
